I have been a patient at this clinic for a long time. Within the last year I was told that I needed a root canal done by a specialist. There was no discussions of options. When I pursued that option I was uncomfortable and pursued other options with other specialists. I went back for a regular cleaning and check at Partners Dental and the dental assistant grilled me about what was going on with my bad tooth. I explained my situation and she got angry that I was going to someone else for care. I explained that I was not given any options and had pursued specialist help elsewhere. Dr. Garland never discussed this situation and shortly thereafter I received a letter indicating that they no longer wanted me as a patient. I felt that was totally unnecessary and I resent the fact that Dr. Garland never bothered to discuss my situation.
